District 72

District 72, State Representative (House)     This information is presented here so that voters who are concerned about the illegal alien issue can know a candidate's stance, make a more informed vote and make their preferences known, offer help, contributions, etc. Our goal is to create a network of activists across Texas. Each one advocating as a constituent of his or her district to their respective legislator.

How To use This Table     The left hand column contains the candidate's name, contact information and a link to his or her campaign website, if one exists. If the candidate is an incumbent, there will (also) be a link to the Member's legislative webpage, maintained by the state of Texas. This column contains the address and phone number(s) of the candidate.  The PAST ACTIONS describe the incumbent candidate's illegal migration legislation activity in 2007. The numbers are hyperlinked to the idea list.     The right hand column contains the candidate's score and six numbered support levels. A higher number indicates more involvement and support for that idea. The number inside the (parens) indicates the total number, out of 36, for which the candidate chose that level of support for an idea.     There will also be a series of numbers in [brackets]. These numbers are hyperlinked so that clicking on one will shift the page to the idea that corresponds to that number. This allows the user to know the candidate's precise support level for a particular idea.
